Ordering:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. C.O.D. orders will not be accepted. Orders may be placed through the website or by phone. International orders must be placed through the website. Credit card orders are subject to approval and an order may be held for any reason if deemed necessary by Avenue Autosport. All parts are subject to “backorder” status with no guaranteed delivery date. Backorders will be processed and will ship as soon as parts become available. If parts ordered are going to be on backorder for an extended time, we will contact you.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise specified. While we make every effort to keep pricing current, Avenue Autosport is not responsible for pricing errors on our website. All prices are given in USD. Special website pricing on some items is valid on the website only and may not be applicable to walk-in sales at our actual shop location.
Shipping:
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS. Upgraded shipping options may be available for an additional fee above the normal shipping costs. Once an order leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s possession, any claims must be made directly with that carrier. Damage to packages must be noted by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery. Damage to items inside the package must be reported within seven days to the carrier.
Avenue Autosport is not liable for delays in shipping if provided with an incorrect shipping address. Avenue Autosport is not responsible for additional shipping costs associated with shipping an order twice due to incorrectly provided shipping addresses.
Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed by Avenue Autosport. Please check www.ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to track packages and get estimated delivery dates.
Orders received for "in stock" items by 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day, otherwise they will ship on the next business day.
International Orders:
The products we carry are available for shipping to some international countries. International orders must be placed through the website. Our standard payment terms apply. International orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS. Buyer is responsible for customs taxes / fees / duties. We will never intentionally lower the declared value of any item or misrepresent the contents of a shipment to avoid or reduce customs fees. UPS Expedited service rates include pre-negotiated Brokerage fees, but do not include customs fees. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs inspection.
Returns:
Pre-authorization is required before returning any merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 7 days or without a “Return Authorization” (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please email sales@avenueautosport.com. Returned merchandise must be uninstalled, in re-sellable condition and in original packaging or a 10% restocking fee will apply. Special orders, electronic, or electrical items may not be returned. Any part on our website or ordered through other means that is not normally carried in our inventory is considered a “Special Order” item. Compare your packing slip to your original order and notify us immediately if you have received an incorrect part. Avenue Autosport is not liable for labor charges incurred from installation of incorrectly shipped or incorrectly ordered items. If an item was incorrectly shipped, we will provide a return shipment label for the customer to return the product to our facility. If an item is returned for other reasons, item must be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Sales Tax:
All Florida residents are subject to 7% sales tax. Only out-of-state sales are tax exempt.
